What's the worst collision or crash?

My worst crash involves my pickup truck & a bus bound for Baguio. Was raining hard & I was following a truck along the north expressway. Truck braked, I braked, my pickup truck skidded towards the left lane, bus rammed right at my side. Good thing the slippery road made the impact less damaging as it kept my truck sliding away from the point of impact. Was thrown to my side but was still able to steer my pickup towards the side of the road. I walked straight to the bus to see if anyone's hurt. I was glad nobody including me was hurt. The bus driver said he thought it is going to be an ugly accident upon seeing me swerving to his path. His bus only suffered bent bumper. Left side of my truck damaged but still drivable.

That accident thought me a lesson to slow down when the road is wet. A lot of drivers risk their lives speeding on wet roads. Every now & then I see others along the road not lucky as I am getting out of the accident unscatched.

Nung holyweek ng 1994 nangyari ito sa national highway ng laguna (calamba), may isang L300 na hindi tumingin sa sidemirror niya at umalis sa kanyang lane, malas naman na ako ang katabi niya kaya't nung bumangga siya sa lancer box type ko nuon nawalan ako ng control at sumalpok naman ako sa isang passenger jeep na nakahinto lang sa opposite lane. wasak yung harapan ng lancer ko nuon at sabog yung harapan kong goma. Kaya't salot talaga sa kalsada yung mga driver na hindi marunong gumamit na side at rearview mirror nila. Yung side at rearview mirror ay nilagay doon para gamitin at hindi ito vanity mirror lang

Just last monday night around 10pm. While driving my gen 1 crv along UN ave. I stopped at the intersection on MH del Pilar for a trafic light and when it turned green I started to cross. And then wham a stupid jeepney driver rammed me on the side. (rammed because the way the jeep looked, it was accelerating than slowing plus its front bumper is made of steel. ) Still shocked fromi it. The damaged was the all lower part below the door guards. front left fender, driver side door (the top part of the door opened up like a sardine can) and rear left passenger door. Both the front at rear mags sustained scatches. The only fustration is that the jeep has only minor damages wherein a minor welding job is all he needs, while mnine needs a new front fender, front door, suspension parts for the front, floor boards, mudguards and 2 wheel well garnishes. grrrrrrrrrrrrrr... The bad thing also my participation is going to cost me since its a 4 year old car. And I can't get any reinbursement from the jeepney driver.

The worst collision/crash i've experienced was my first accident. Nangyari ito nuong 1997 when I was still in my postgrad studies. Me and a friend were on the way home along Rizal Ave * 50kph when a delivery truck suddenly emerged from a side street and crossed our path. I slammed on the breaks but it was too late. What's left for us to do is hold on to our seats (buti na lang at naka-seatbelt kami), close our eyes, and pray. Then the loud crash! came. When I opened my eyes, the hood of my Maxima was kissing the windshield. We came out crawling, dazed and confused. Ang masakit e no read no write pala yung driver ng delivery truck. He got no money to pay the damages at nagmakaawa. My dad came and spoke with the owner of the truck who in turn promised to pay for the repairs.

The Tsinoy businessman was not true with his words. Ang masakit, nag-iba ang panig nung imbestigador. Maimpluwensya yata yung Tsinoy. So my dad decided to shoulder the repair kasi baka makapatay daw siya ng tao... kung tao ngang matatawag. It cost us 45k and my bruised ego. I was afraid to drive for the next 2 weeks. Fortunately, I learned to overcome it.

Mabuti na lang at hindi nadamay yung chasis kaya until now e gamit ko pa rin itong Maxima kahit once a week lang. I love that car kasi, my 1st. Yan ang kuwento ko . . .

2 taxis ( wala na front part nila pati bubong yupi yupi na, isang bus sa likod and fortuner sa ibabaw

One thing that kept bugging me is how did the fortuner ended up in that position, it is facing the other side of the way, and its on the TOP of the 2 taxis, worse, the fortuner just suffered a fallen bumper.

Hmmm, the worst I have seen that happened in front of me was an old 80s Corona 2-door which fish-tailed and crashed at relatively high speed on the Ortigas/EDSA flyover (edsa to greenhills section). They drove up the flyover at excess of 100kph when reaching the curve.

I was trailing behind it so I saw it everything that happened.

Four people on board. I helped pull out three of the people but left the driver because he seems to have suffered some degree of injuries and I didn't want to make it worst by moving him.

Another one I arrived a minute after it happened. A Kia Pride which tried to turn left to White Plains from EDSA/Cubao. This was before the construction of the MRT on EDSA.

The Kia probably tried to cut in front of oncoming traffic. Unfortunately there was a bus coming in at high speed which crashed into it. The Kia Pride split to two (front and rear portions). The bus lost control and hit the people power monument barrier. The bus driver was pinned by the wreckage but was later extracted when rescue crews arrived. The Kia Pride had three people but everyone was dead on the spot.

I was with my mom and we had just come from a store and approached an intersection in which I had right of way. Both streets had a 25mph speed limit and the car coming from the other street was going 50mph and didn't stop at the intersection. He hit my dad's Nissan 200SX(S12) on the passengers side right in front of the door before the firewall. It bent the car 90 degrees and if I was going 1mph faster my mom would be dead. My car spun 3 times before stopping and his car spun also and flew up the curb coming within inches of a building.

2) March 2008, again it was an intersection and I wasn't familiar with the street because we had just moved back here. The intersection had no stop sign on any side and I thought I had right of way since I had it for all the other intersection I had passed before. Needless to say I hit a current generation RAV4 in the rear quarter passenger side with my Lancer GSR . The RAV4 flipped over 2 times and I watched it from my rear view mirror. Once my car stopped I jumped out of my car and pulled out the occupants of the RAV4.

3) June 2008, yup it was that kind of year but this would have been a minor accident if my damn airbags didn't deploy and injure my arm. Pickup in front of me heard sirens and so did I I saw fire trucks behind me and he saw an ambulance coming from his right. I tried to make way for the fire trucks and he tried to do the same for the ambulance by slamming his brakes. I ended up rear ending him and the air bags deployed.

natatawa ako dun sa experience mo yebo sa may east avenue hehehe...sori pre. nakakaaliw lalo na yung sa nurse andun din ako sa peyups yung 1986 lantern parade. kasabay ba yun nung malaking bonfire sa may likod ng admin building? anyways ..OT na.

ako naman, worst na nakita ko, sa may highway going cabanatuan, nueva ecija, 10 wheeler closed van na flat nose, bumangga sa likod ng passenger bus. wasak yung passenger cabin ng closed van, halos nangalahati yung passenger cabin...tumalsik sa may kangkungan yung pahinante, tapos yung driver, nakita ko naipit pa dun sa loob; pinned downed against the steering wheel, duguan. patay pareho (obviously). yung passenger bus... wasak yung likuran... pero apparently wala naman namatay dun sa mga pasahero.


most number of vehicles involved in car crash that I saw, 6 yata, along the katipunan flyover coming from ateneo, yung sa bandang pababang part. drizzly early evening.

pinaka comedic/action packed na nakita ko, opentop na tricylce na modified for carrying softdrink bottles, 2 passengers, punong puno ng mga bote ng softdrinks, galing sya ng right lane going opposite my direction... bigla syang cut papuntang left lane. eh may parating na lumang mitsubishi lancer from his back. ayun na rear end nya yung tricycle... lumipad sa ere yung dalwang pasahero ng trike, nag sommersault sa ere tapos landing sila tapos gulong sa hood ng kotse, pisa yung hood ng lancer, tapos gulong sila pareho sa kalsada, habang yung mga bote, liparan din at bagsakan sa kalye. kala ko nabalian yung dalwang nasa trike, nagulat ako biglang tumayo at tumabi sa kalsada at nagpameywang pa, nakatingin dun sa mga boteng nabasag sabay kamot ng ulo. nanghihinayang siguro
