Do people sleep earlier as they age? Na asar ako kay ex SO, he fell asleep at 9:30 pm 😳 He said he was so tired kasi but that's still too early!

they get tired more easily.
they fall asleep earlier.
they get fat more easily.
and they start getting more forgetful.
i literally stop in the middle of my talk, because i had forgotten what i was supposed to say, in mid-sentence!
