    We shifted from office to WFH. Until now wala pa rin advise if RTO na. Most likely WFH na kami since we can deliver (and still exceed some of) our commitments even if we are not in the office. Mapupunta raw kami sa office siguro at least once or twice a month lang.

    Sa McKinley ang office namin. May office din kami sa QC. Nagbawas na ng floors sa parehong location at ang sure pa lang na magRTO is yung needed lang talaga sa office. IT tech na nagbabantay sa servers/hardware, employees na requested ng client na onsite sila.

    ano kinaahyawan ng mga workers pasukan sa bgc or qc? Yung qc nyo sa libis or commonwealth?

    or ganito mas maganda tanong = ilan % nawala sa south office vs qc?

    Yung QC namin nasa bandang Eton Centris. Kung tama pagkakatanda ko, tig-half ang binawas sa floors na nirerent sa parehong location. Nasa 9k+ na total employees at wala pa yatang 1k ang RTO.

    mas katangap-tangap mga pumapasok sa centris mas maaliwalas vs bgc.

    Ang laki nabawas pumapasok office. Imagine how much natipid sa fuel, rent, food, mamam, unnecessary spendings. Maganda ito nangyayari. Eventually sana below 100 na lang papasok ng office nyo. Yan ang nightmare scenario sa mga top developers.

    I see good on you you save on daily commute or gas expenses. But I have read a post from Jomarie Banzon that workers are beginning to come back to the office alongside back to school classes for students.
