I have someone close to me about to die at the hospital. She has 2 family member attending to her at the hospital her sister and her husband. The patient and the husband knows that the patient has 6 months to live. The sister knows that it's 1 month which is the truth. I guess the doctor doesn't want the sad husband and patient to know how really short it is.

My problem is what do I tell other family members? The 6 months or the 1 month?

I'd tell them the doctor said it could be a lot shorter than 6 months. As dr d said, nobody really knows exactly how much more she has.

I'd tell the immediate family lalo na ang husband the truth, at least he has time to prepare and tama si dr d, God only knows hanggang kelan lang tayo dito sa mundo.

Ngayon lang ulit nakapag Tsikot. May happenings pala.

Moving forward, just to share my experience last Monday.

Sunday night my boss texted me if I could come to work earlier than my usual.

Set my alarm for 4:30am.

Naunahan ko yung alarm, nakahiga pa din ako then I heard something sa garage, I let it pass baka pusa lang.

BTW our garage has a kitchen, my brother recently bought a mountain bike. To secure it he chained it sa LPG tank.

Then there goes the sound again, yung tumatama yung chain sa LPG. Napatayo na ako and napamura, tao yun ah!

Quietly takbo ako pababa, from inside tanaw ko yung labas through the window.

Ayun a guy, nilalagare yung chain nung bike.

Our garage partly opened na, lalabasin ko dapat to hit him with something but I got scared, baka may baril Won’t gamble my life for a bike hehe

Sinigawan ko lang then takbo papalabas yung magnanakaw.

Labas ako, he almost broke the chain na pala.

Scary from outside nabuksan niya yung garahe, hindi pala nalock.

We reviewed the cctv wais din eh, nakayuko the whole time na hagip siya nung camera. Naka hood and cap pa.

Sabi sa barangay may ilan cases na nga na may nananakawan ng bike.

Told my brother pasalamat ka sa boss ko at nagising ako ng mas maaga sa usual ko na gising, kundi goodbye na sa bike mo.

Yep, i realized hindi pala ako matapang haha to add i gave a few more seconds bago ako lumabas ng main door to check the garage.

Baka may kasama, baka pumasok ulit pag nakita na mag isa lang ako and yun na nga I assumed may baril siya.

Even ata may baril din ako I doubt mababaril ko yun, unless sa loob na mismo siya ng bahay pumasok.

Manila kami bro, lesson learned. Masyado din kasi kami nakampante. First time ito nangyari samin.

Told my folks iba na talaga ngayon, for all we know baka may nag tip na din or baka nga na surveillance na din yung area tapos nakakuha ng timing.

Maulan kasi nung weekends until monday diba? Nataon coast is clear.

So bold nung magnanakaw effort kaya para mabuksan main gate nung garage kahit hindi padlocked.

Wala kami aso hehe hindi mahilig ang family.

I remember nung pinasok kami ng magnanakaw sa apartment nung wala kami. We bought a couple of askal para bantay. Also bought that device you put on the doors. Na pag bukas ng pinto you have 10 seconds to enter the pin or else the device would alarm. It's about ₱500 per piece.

my siblings and i are donating a small parcel of land to a very interested state university in our province and we're hoping that that act would spur life and economic activity in that isolated part of the municipality. of course, tulong na din to our needy townmates because the university will be offering free tuition for technical, non-vocational courses.

Glad everything ended well for you, sir. If you have the time, report it to our beloved PNP. Show them the CCTV footage as proof. They should act on such incidents if they are proactive and want to prevent crime from happening and spreading. More beat patrols. I'm tired of them saying crime incidents are going down and that everyone can sleep more soundly at night. Humbug.
