I know JM personally but I was not aware about the threat until I read it here in this thread. I remember he was banned before for disrespecting a moderator but I don't know if the threat happened before or after the ban. One thing I observed is that JM avoided a direct confrontation with Cathy after that until I myself was banned for calling Uls names and the banned was lifted only after JM pointed out that it has lapsed (2 weeks). Then somebody started to describe the physical traits of Cathy which led to some s3xually-oriented discussions where Cathy participated. This is where JM pointed out the forum rules and asked why others were not banned for violating it. His point is that Cathy is selectively applying the rules to her personal liking. I know JM is a stickler for rules and being a lawyer himself, I presume he knows the consequences of hurling a threat. Other than his spat with Cathy and probably with a couple of other guys he banged heads with, I believe he contributed positively to this forum with his free legal advise. The ban should be assessed if justified and equitable.

Iam new here in tsikot and in my observation minsan me pagkabias din yung iba moderator pero normal naman yun kahit sa ibang forum but wala tayo reason para magthreat sa kanila. I read all cathy post wala naman ako nakita masama. Siguro kung bibigyan ng malisya talaga me issue. Let respect nalang each other dito sayang ganda pa naman forum na eto [emoji106][emoji106]

I have someone close to me about to die at the hospital. She has 2 family member attending to her at the hospital her sister and her husband. The patient and the husband knows that the patient has 6 months to live. The sister knows that it's 1 month which is the truth. I guess the doctor doesn't want the sad husband and patient to know how really short it is.

My problem is what do I tell other family members? The 6 months or the 1 month?

Just tell that they should be ready any time and prepare for the worst, hope for the best.

Although no preparation can really help the family when it comes to death.
