April 29th, 2018 12:16 PM #19525From my experience, the dealer will only allow up to 100,000 to be charged to a buyer’s CC. There are exceptions for regular customers.
I used my Citibank card before and was able to get points for my purchase. Maybe other banks are not so generous.

April 29th, 2018 02:48 PM #19529Like I've mentioned, your cc will decline you with that amount. You'll have to call them up for verification hassles. Besides, car dealers will flat out refuse cc payment for cars. What if you don't pay and the car is already under your name? Things will get legally complicated.
