I used to go every year when I was younger. Then lost interest when it became all about girls and chinese vehicles.

I don't plan to buy a new car this year, so there's really no need for me to go. But for some reason I feel like going this year. Maybe I'll read about the displays and see if it's worth it.

Technically the rs3 should be less than 4m. But audi is pricing it crazily.

The Golf R should fit the bill though its still a bit underpowered vs the rs3.

Dito, not really sure kung papatok. Why? all houses / structures here need sturdy foundation dahil nasa pacific ring of fire tayo.

Kung meron mang market, baka limited lang. Well opinion lang naman... So i could be wrong.

No sir...laging 1year contract, tenants are newly wed couples, 2nd wives...bank employees, single women..they like the place coz of the parking and very safe

Well..those are just examples..depends on your imagination...mag papa occular ako next week.. rentals ng 25sqm studio units namin are 7.5k a month, includes parking for one..yung container vans chk ko pa numbers, if 40footer, four unit only, if 20 footer, 8 units at 7k and 5k respectively...we will see after the occular..ill chk pati the permits if kailangan pa ng building permits at kung madadagdagan yung taxes ko sa improvement...
