    most businesses at that scale arent sole proprietorship, even the gym i go to has 7 owners and they have 12 branches, looks like he surrounds himself with competent people..

    They're thinking of no contact apprehension via camera daw. If two people aren't seated at the front, huli na. What if you have a driver and are seated at the back? Or you're driving for your pregnant wife/girlfriend/kabit?

    will they base it on the plate number of the car? pano kung hindi pa na transfer yun ownership, hassle pa dun sa former owner nun car
