I secured the plastic id of my driver's license early this morning. Arrived at the offline printing outpost at 830am (official start is 9am), and was out with the id by 9:15am. Nagparenew na kasi si bro.Sarsi Ng driver's license nya so no more of the Dec27 EB at Robinson's Galleria....😑

Anyway went back to the offline printing outpost which is in a mall at 7:25pm and they're still open to serve clients.

Now that is what I call dedicated government service....😊

if they really wanted uniformity at less expense, they should have rescinded the new black-on-white plate design, in favor of the old green-on-white.
then gradually replace the new-but-clearly-minority black-on-white, with the old green-on-white.

that was already suggested earlier.
i do not know, why they insist on the more expensive proposition of replacing all the plates with black-on-white.
