    Ano maintaining mo? I don't go below 130 bpm. I average at 150+/- bpm. Need cardio exercise for endurance

    145-150 pero last night 120+ lang kahit Anong gawin.usually 1-1.5km target Na talks diretso Na.

    I didn't plan on that. I am just very submissive and malambing to people I look up to. My boss does not even have to ask, nagawa ko na

    Yung isang AVP namin, kahit umiyak ng dugo yun, he can't make me do what I don't want to. Kaya nga sumuko na sa reminders sakin sa attendance ko

    Ilang minutes cardio mo? Treadmill ka ba? If I want my heart rate to go up agad I do steep incline or HIIT ba yung tawag sa super bilis na run tapos moderate tapos super bilis ulit tapos moderate. Pero ayoko na nyan kasi sumasakit tuhod ko

    1-1.5 hrs. Nope. Run Sa road. I try to maintain cardio heart rate zone as long as I can. Siguro average know around 30+ minutes for duration ng run.

    WHAT?!?!? Isn't that too long. Ang tindi ha! Ako 1 hr max, if I do more masama na pakiramdam ko, mas gusto ko nga weights e di naman ako maka gym na sa hirap ng parking

    I don't know if it's bad. Maybe experts can chime in. But thats what I've been doing. But 1 hr for run and aroubd 30 mins siguro as cool down I walk my dog.

    And best Na rest Sa akin is 1 day lang and I have more energy when back pero pag 2 days rest na sluggish na but if more than 2 days parang ok Rin. Basta 2 days hirap bumalik. So if I'll take a rest worth 1 day or more than 2 days.

    Almost 2 weeks na pala ako walang cardio I should do my cardio again. Basta ako Mon to Fri only. If I miss a weekday then I do Saturday but NEVER on a Sunday
