A new research says that saturated fat isn't necessarily link to heart attack. They are saying that high LDL level doesn't necessarily mean bad for the heart. They say it's all in the size of LDL molecule. It kind of hard to accept at this moment. It's like saying lechon is not bad for your heart.

Hahhaha, i did a ketogenic diet for a year, i lost 30lbs, all i ate was chicken, liempo and whole eggs, my blood work is normal....and my doctor removed my maintanance medicine...just by removing...guess what?

Relax, it will take a few days for the body to reset or reboot, la kang gana coz organs need a break, it will use the stored fat as energy for the meantime.

This is so traumatic for me. It's the longest I have been sick my entire life. I decided not to go to work na today. I'll rest na muna. Hinang hina ako e. A week long fever took its toll on my body.

Not yet but I want now hahaha I do hope I don't need to work when I get pregnant. I can't imagine going to work with all the pregnancy issues (morning sickness or back pain or peeing a lot etc)

Yeah. May days lang talaga na i feel like everything's such a burden.

Last school year naman weekly Sunday drive at the crack of dawn to Intramuros for ROTC. Now that one I miss. Light traffic all the way. Manila to Las Piñas and back in a little over an hour.

Ako every saturday, taekwondo classes..i sit down with the yayas waiting for 2hrs....but i like it, its not forever na bata sila

the kids' ice hockey every saturday night.
the games were always exciting.
but them bags were bigger and heavier than the kids... left me huffin' and puffin' , just to get them to the rink. ...had to get a van for them to fit, too.
they have since evolved to lighter sports.

but yes, they are young only once.

Let them drive para hindi kayo nahihirapan? My brother started bringing his car freshman year in HS (14 or 15) since his school was so far. Although that was in the 80s, mas madali mag drive.
