I used to workout 5 x per week for 2 hours then I stopped. Minsan nagt treadmill ako sa bahay. I should treadmill for one month muna siguro na regular no? Dati kasi nilagnat ako nung nag boxing ako, na over fatigue ako, considering na regular pa exercise ko during that time.

gaano ka ulit kadalas mag wax ng auto? im sure exercise parin yun (unless di ka pinagpapawisan dun). before boxing, try running muna siguro for a month or 2. mararamdaman mo naman yan, kung pwede na mag step up sa next level ;)

Try mo 6mins treadmill ka lang tapos speed 8-10. Do that everyday for 3days. Sympre pala stretching ka muna. After nyan pede na mag boxing. Una 10mins muna 1st week , hanggang maabot mo 30mins ? Depends din pala sa training mo ng boxing. Hiit mo. Pero wag ka lalagpas sa time. [emoji28]
