But if you have over 10yrs experience with Chase(assuming) and are senior level. There might be some oppurtunities in Dubai. Pay grade is unusually high.

Out of curiosity, is a job like what Cathy describes really unattainable for someone with only a few years of work experience?

I don't have a benchmark kasi. Ang kabisado ko lang is the starting salaries for fresh grads. But for those with a few years of experience, no idea how high the salaries have risen compared to fresh grads.

Bro, in my current company, entry managers (3-4 yrs experience) is receing P60K base pay. Middle managers (5-10 yrs) would start to 70-100k) while senior mgrs (10 yrs up) would be around 100K-200k). Above 200K are directors & VPs. Bonuses and incentives are not counted.

In my previous job, I reached the managerial level on my 3rd year) but I was only able to attain a 6-digit pay on my 7th yr.

My former direct manager was getting 6 digits at 26 or 27 when he transferred to an FMCG. So that's about 6 yrs work experience. He's very ambitious though.

23 to 24 years old is 60k base? Our fresh grads mostly 20 to 21 years old are getting about 20k base pay. Wow. Our company really gives cr*p salary. I've been stagnant and complacent for too long

bro, i don't want to rain on your parade but a PO1 has a gross salary of 14k more or less per month . I think the same with their counterpart in the AFP. anyhow, it's public service where compensation is only secondary. (but would you believe that? 😊)
