I think it won't take you long to reach a 6 digit salary (if you haven't already).

ME grads where I used to work are hired as Management Trainees while the rest of us common people (even BAA grads fresh grads from UP or LIACOM from DLSU) are hired as staff.

Bro jut, my previous job is not my first though.

Bro, our fresh grads are coming in at P15K to P18K, depending on the type of work. These people are normally just for the experience and use their current pay as leverage when asking for a counter offer from another company. Usually they stay 2 years and then hop or depending if they signed a bond for signing bonus or international training. Some companies even buy out the bond as they no longer have to train the person.

23 to 24 years old is 60k base? Our fresh grads mostly 20 to 21 years old are getting about 20k base pay. Wow. Our company really gives cr*p salary. I've been stagnant and complacent for too long
Cat, my mistake. 3-4 years work in the company before they got promoted so they rose from the rank before getting the 60K.

I need a samsung galaxy tab. The ipads don't have sd card slots. I need the galaxy tab so I can just pop in the memory cards of the action cams and view the footage. Wifi function isn't good for reviewing full resolution and slow motion shots

Sa first job lang mostly nagcocount yung course Cath. But ultimately nasa tao din yan. I have batchmates that started as low as 15k a month, and haven't been making the effort to change jobs even if they're not enjoying what they're doing now.

I don't have a benchmark kasi. Ang kabisado ko lang is the starting salaries for fresh grads. But for those with a few years of experience, no idea how high the salaries have risen compared to fresh grads.
That is salary compression and is a real life issue that HR encounters everytime the ncg program cycle kicks in......

Starting salary sa good IT BPO companies for fresh grad is 25k per month.

100k and above for junior managers is normal for good IT BPOs, plus car plan. Dati sa amin may car plan pati team lead level, kaya lang tinanggal na. For manager level and above na lang.

Our senior managers and directors are less than 40 years old, so hindi imposibleng marating ang ganitong level even if you are young.

Most of us travel to the US several times a year, including junior staff. Our stay there is usually 1 month and above. You're given an allowance, hotel, and a car throughout the stay. Intact sweldo mo sa Pinas.

Do you require bond for your employees who were sent abroad for training?

Also what is the per diem rate?

Yes sa bond, nagkaroon dahil sa isang masamang ugali na officemate dati. Tinanggap yung training sa US while his intention is to resign after. Ginawang pasyal lang yung US trip kaya after that may bond na. Sana makarma siya.

Less than 60 per day sa food at incidental cost. Yung gas actual cost reimbursement.
