Bro, our fresh grads are coming in at P15K to P18K, depending on the type of work. These people are normally just for the experience and use their current pay as leverage when asking for a counter offer from another company. Usually they stay 2 years and then hop or depending if they signed a bond for signing bonus or international training. Some companies even buy out the bond as they no longer have to train the person.

May 31st, 2015 11:35 AM #685I need a samsung galaxy tab. The ipads don't have sd card slots. I need the galaxy tab so I can just pop in the memory cards of the action cams and view the footage. Wifi function isn't good for reviewing full resolution and slow motion shots

May 31st, 2015 03:30 PM #688Starting salary sa good IT BPO companies for fresh grad is 25k per month.
100k and above for junior managers is normal for good IT BPOs, plus car plan. Dati sa amin may car plan pati team lead level, kaya lang tinanggal na. For manager level and above na lang.
Our senior managers and directors are less than 40 years old, so hindi imposibleng marating ang ganitong level even if you are young.
Most of us travel to the US several times a year, including junior staff. Our stay there is usually 1 month and above. You're given an allowance, hotel, and a car throughout the stay. Intact sweldo mo sa Pinas.

May 31st, 2015 11:51 PM #690Yes sa bond, nagkaroon dahil sa isang masamang ugali na officemate dati. Tinanggap yung training sa US while his intention is to resign after. Ginawang pasyal lang yung US trip kaya after that may bond na. Sana makarma siya.
Less than 60 per day sa food at incidental cost. Yung gas actual cost reimbursement.
