    Was able to reach Binondo from Quezon City. Used Zamora bridge in Sta. Mesa to Quirino, Down to Roxas Blvd to Del pan bridge. Manila City Hall and Recto were still impassable. Then went to Makati then back to QC...

    SM Centerpoint Sta Mesa as of 10 am...
