Many areas in Bicol getting more than a month's worth of rain in the past 24 hours.

kinda like ondoy,
who inundated us with its one-day's worth of rain, equivalent to roughly the country's 1/12th annual rainfall.
but majority of ondoy's one-day rain fell within only 6 hours.
i remember that very day, when i drove our van home, water lapping at its floors. along the way, i saw an MB100 on taft ave, literally floating along...
