Also read that Marikina river water level is at 15m an hour ago, Alert Level 1 raised.

Not sure how the rains are in other parts, here in Pasay pabugso bugso, not sustained.

one good effect of these rains..
tuluy-tuloy na ang daloy ng nawasa dito samin sa pasay.
nung mga nakaraang tag-tuyong mga buwan kasi, midnight na tumutulo ang tubig, at tumitigil pag labas ni araw.

is it because nawasa opened up its gate valves to full, or is it because there is decreased use because of the rains?

1.5 liter bottle na lang para sigurado. i've learnt from experience, mahirap humabol sa ihi ^_^

For gals, might as well bring a urine bottle.

My dad used to have a used coolant bottle at the shop, yung medyo pahiga yung bottle. Pag naiwang mag isa, dun na siya nagC-CR. Ewan ko na kung anong ginagawa pag nag number two

It happened to me when I was 8

It was raining so hard late in the evening then. My Dad just pulled over and opened a large umbrella for my privacy so I can pee hahaha. I'm glad that NEVER happened again. That's one of my greatest fears too if I need to pee and I'm alone stuck in the middle of edsa.
