Nagising ako sa init. My fat lab was panting so I had to turn on AC. Now she is better.

    obviously, the room is under-airconed.
either get a bigger capacity aircon, or insulate the room, or limit foot traffic

    i wonder,
do the individual stores have physical control over their aircons' temperture settings?
or is it the building admin's ?

Sa ATC nga Nike ang isa sa pinakamalamig. Yung Fully Booked parang naka fan lang

Ayala malls are notorious for high temps on their AC thermostats. But lately even SM malls are joining in the trend.

Wala nang Nike (and Adidas) sa ATC. Sa Ayala Mall Manila Bay pa kami pumupunta if I want Nike. My fave mall because they have cold AC. And don't need to dodge people while walking like in MOA. Dahil siguro bago pa lang at konti pa tao.

wag lang silang mag barangay meeting sa ilalim nang flyover!
ilang beses nang halos naka-bangga ako nang kamotes doon. they were occupying half of the width of the roadway!

Apparently, there's rhyme and reason pala.... they posted this recently on FB:

Did you notice warmer malls and limited operations of escalators on April 16 to 19?
Because businesses powered down, our homes kept their lights on.
When the National Grid Corporation raised the alarm for insufficient power supply, businesses pledged their support to Department of Energy's Interruptible Load Program (ILP), and voluntarily shut down non-essential equipment, shifted to generators and lessened their electricity usage, so that power outages (brownout) could be avoided.
Our sincerest appreciation goes out to all our ILP partners. The electricity saved was enough to supply the electricity needs of as much as 1.9M* households.
You too can make a difference this summer season by using energy-efficient appliances and gadgets.

a number of malls now have solar panels on their rooves...

Since 2014 ko pa nararamdaman mga malls ng Ayala na warmer than SM's even if its not the dry season.
