    Espana still impassable...





    UPDATE: Espana (as of 6:15pm) Not passable to all types of vehicles. One container truck stalled in the middle of Lacson and Espana.

    We are from Marikina and lucky that we're in the upper part, Parang, Marikina. Pag ganito na baha sa Marikina, halos mapuno kalye at playground sa amin dahil doon nag park mga sasakyan from outlying areas ng Marikina. Even nung Ondoy time hindi umabot sa amin ang baha.
