in the workplace,
"mahina aircon? sori. depleted na capex natin. (aka, "magdusa kayo!") .
"ser, the aircon is not for us; it's for the expensive machines."
"ah ganon ba... ilang units at anong HP gusto ninyo? bili tayo agad."
heh heh.

It's mid-May. While summer heat is still with us, humidity is rising. Be careful. Keep hydrated. Towel dry when sweating profusely. change shirts/tops whenever they get drenched.
"On humid days, when the air is already saturated with water, sweat evaporates more slowly. This explains why it feels so much hotter in high humidity. When relative humidity reaches a high enough level, the body’s natural cooling system simply can’t work. Sweat evaporates very slowly, if at all, and the body heats up. In extreme cases, people begin to suffer from heat cramps or heat stroke, which is basically organ failure as the body begins to cook itself." - MIT School of Engineering | >> Why do we sweat more in high humidity?.
Annoying haha

According to what I read in the news dati humihingi ng konting dagdag ang SMC dahil lugi sya at the contract price. Ayaw ng government kasi a contract is a contract daw, dapat may allowance siya sa lugi when he entered into it. I agree with this, but ang problem binigay kay Aboitiz at higher rate than what SMC was requesting.
if the plant runs on fossil fuel,
i think there should be some leeway on the contract, to provide for the roller-coaster price of these fuels.
that, or the government provide the fuel at a fixed, un-wavering price.
Ulan na Dito ngayon sa Amin. Papaliguan ko pa Naman sana mga aso
