What if you're not constipated? Are you going to have LBM? I've already tried VCO, but sometimes I'm having LBM. Why?

First time mo ba bossing? Ganyan din kasi ako nung una at halos lahat ng kakilala ko. Sa ngayon oks naman.

Meron nga ako officemate naman ayaw nya kasi naggain weight daw siya. Eh dun sa link ni boss theveed eh parang pang normalize. Pag underweight mag gain at pag over mag bawas naman...hehe.

Suggestion ko ay sanayin mo muna body mo by using it first for cooking. Hehe too much bad fats/oil from several weeks ago.

If you use it for cooking, e di mawawala na ang mga nutrients dahil ma-subject na sya sa heat.

just don't subject the oil to too much heat but as far as i know VCO is the most stable of all oils intended for cooking it doesn't go rancid easily unlike all other oils in the market.

you can use stainless steel cookwares those with hotplates so that you can set the stove burner to the minimum/low setting. effective mag conduct ng heat ang mga lutuan na yan kaya mahina lang ang apoy. healthy na tipid pa sa lpg.

anyways, avoid non-stick cookware. if you're currently using it make sure na wala scratch dahil mag leach yung teflon papunta sa food. kapag sobrang napainit ang mga teflon coated at umusok delikado ang fumes na masisinghot. no immediate bad effects dahil slowly and surely and mga side effects you will just not know it. kaya nga paiksi na ng paiksi buhay ngayon.

"no offense cynganda: there have been no studies linking VCO or any other oils directly relieving symptoms of any disease, virus or bacteria. Let alone a blood-glucose issue like diabetes."

i think the popularity of VCO started when an american doctor published a study regarding the benefits of VCO. if i remember it right, yung story ay lumabas sa inquirer. i have to double check to be sure.

anyway, sa dami ng mga kinakain natin nowadays na puro preservatives and chemicals, a tablespoon of a plant-based oil a day would not really do harm. stop taking it if you feel it is doing more harm than good.

After the Khaos support that Inquirer published, I dont think Inquirer has anybody who's qualified to judge or promote anything other than newspaper comments hehe.

Medyo naka-adjust na ang tiyan ko sa VCO. I have not experienced LBM for 2 days now. BTW, I'm drinking "Nature's Gift" by Tropicana Food Products, San Pablo City.

bago rin lang mga months lang pero recently di na ako nakakatake dahil wala ako stock ng tropical tradition. wala naman rin kasi ako masyado nararamdaman aside sa allergy ko. every morning kasi ay may colds ako before. this may also be attributed to my no sugar diet or both worked in. generally walang magandang testimony sa akin kasi talagang prevention lang ang motive ko. as much as possible kasi iniiwasan ko sugar, pasteurized milk, margarines, at mga processed foods.

my officemate who has hepertension is a good testimony of VCO.
