im taking 2-3 tbsp daily before breakfast, so far ok lang naman feeling ko, im taking it for almost 10 days now

I heard on radio ads that there are already flavored VCO. So, this is good news to those who wanted to take it but could not stomach the taste and smell. Has anyone tried it?

Been to Coconut Week at SM Mega Mall today. There are plenty of VCO brands and I sampled some. Then I bought 4 bottles - 2 Abs Grace, 2 Cocovida, and 1 Don Pedro. I've been drinking at least 9 teaspoonsul of VCO daily since last year.

di ba nakaka-LBM ito. binigyan kasi ako ng tita ko, "kaluwi" ang brand. try ko daw uminom 2 tsp before breakfast.. baka kasi magluko tyan ko pag nasa work na.. hehe
