I heard meron na raw VCO in capsules. Is it as effective as the real oil?

teka, what are you guys expecting from consuming VCO ba? baka mali ang purpose nyo... daming dubious claims mga supplement manufacturers dito like those ampalaya and lactovitate crap.

di naman gamot yan eh, there are no side effects or even any therapeutic claims. It's just another source of polyunsaturated oil you can use for cooking or any consumption.

VCO is the best when it comes to fighting virus, bacteria and other microbes sa katawan. Yung sis-in-law ko said that her mom who is diabetic and has hypertion takes it. Ok naman yung pakiramdam and nako-control yung bp niya. Homemade pa nga yung iniinom niya. Try niyo rin! ;)
