    Meron gulang na hindi nakakasakit. In rebound you can dispose your opponent by using your butt and yung chest mo not the fore arm. Ala loyzaga hindi sya mataas tumalon but lakas nya sa rebound coz his using his body more and position himself para makuha nya ang bola. Si rodman naman more on fore arm locking the opponent para hindi nila makuha ang bola. Ang pushing the legs using the knee yun ang tinatawag na ultimate positioning.

    I cant retaliate kasi nasa lapag na ako at duguan. Its one of the worst injury in UAAP games. Yung sumahod sa akin nakapaglaro pa sya sa PBA afterwards. Pagnakikita ko nga sya sa TV naiiyak ako kasi alam ko na mas magaling ako sa kanya [ walang halong biro ] coz of the injury hindi na ako tumangkad at hindi na pantay ako maglakad. I lost round 2 inches of my height coz of the injury. Nag shrink yung legs ko umurong baga.

    Ambition ko kasi makapaglaro sa PBA nun. My father hired a personal trainer para sa shooting and dribbling skills ko. Nakapasok naman ako sa national team kahit minsan lang. Kaso yun nadisgrasya kasi siguro sobra na bilib ko sa sarili ko at medyo may kayabang na talaga ako nun sa court, nag iiba kasi ugali ko pag nasa loob na ako nang court mahilig kasi ako magtrash talk nun.

    Pero mukhang yung ambition ko matutupad na sa anak ko. at a age of 3 he can shoot the ball wid form like a 10yr old kid.

    medyo OT na ako pero payo ko syo you dont need to be a leaper u need to be a good shooter. Yun ang kulang ngayon sa mga pilipino.

    Ang amerikano natatalo kasi wala na sila shooter puro showtime.

    high leaping isn't just about your leg power, kailangan din yung upperbody. siempre you need to be in moderate built, pdi pedeng overwieght.

    but that's not what i'm talking about. that doesn't even fit my definition of gulang....as you mention, it's simply positioning and locking up your opponent. i'm talking about undercutting someone in the air and trying to hurt them by making them come down in a bad position. in my case, the mofo took me out for the season by putting his leg in the spot where i was going to come down after a layup.

    the first case - it's a normal part of the game and we all do it. the second case - :twak:

    baka naman mataas ka na eh
    konti lang talon mo pwede ka mag dunk ng 2 kamay
    ,katawan na lang ang pakihin mo ..sa laro mo lang pwede idisplay ang taas ng talon

    pero kung matangkad ka at malaki ang katawan ,kahit saan pwede display iyan ,
    kahit mababa ang face value,dami mga varsity ,di naman guapo .pero ang gaganda ng mga syota .yun iba di naman magaling

    bro hindi na panggugulang tawag dun. pananakit na.

    Mukha yun ang dapat na tawag. ang panggugulang gusto mo lang makalamang or makaisa hindi makasakit.
