    any tips po on how to improve my leeping ability mga exercises po kahit ano po. thnx in advance.

    ano-ano na po ba yung mga exercises na ginagawa nyo?

    put ankle weights...1.5kg- 2.5kg depende sa kaya mong bitbitin.

    nakaka sira po daw ng tuhod yun pag tanda eh. SO far ang ginagawa ko lng eh yng titingkayad 100times w/ 35pnds of weigths on my arms yun lng!

    hehehe gag* ka sarap mag dunk eh ang gusto ko na lng ngayun mag dunk ng 2hands ng walang bwelo ayaw ko gamitin yng weights nakaka sira DAW ng tuhod mahirap na baka mang hina ang tuhod ko pag dating sa ibang basketboll

    di ko alam sbi skin ng mga kalaro ko d2 eh. madami daw sila kilala na humina tuhod dahil sa ankle weights dont know about the scientific study

    ganon din ginagawa ko noon ,naglagay ako ng dos por dos na na kahoy sa floor at
    tapos titingkayad lang ako ng 20 times sa una then pag kayang kaya ko na ang load dag dag na lang uli ng 10 times every session , try mo din may barbel sa balikat (sorry di ko na maalala kung gaano kabigat kasi homemade lang iyon semento + balde.basta may kabigatan din)

    kaya lang ang sakit sa Ligament (Litid) sa mga unang araw pati na din ang muscles mo sa legs at alalay baka maputol

    you can try these:

    1. put 10 high-back chairs in two lanes about 1-1.5 mtrs apart (rows & columns).
    2. connect the chairs with a garter making a zigzag.
    3. jump over the garter until you get thru the zigzag then back..
    tama ganito nga nakikita ko training mga College Volleyball player,kaya ang tataas nila tumalon,sayang nga ang mga iyon karamihan wal ahilig sa basketball .ang tataas pa naman nila tumalon

    during my teens i used ankle and waist weights while jogging.

    pos ginaya ko si jordan. when i go swimming instead na lumangoy

    takbo sa tubig ginagawa ko. it payed naman. when i try to block

    some shots under the rim kahit alam kong di aabutin inaabot ko na lang

    yung ring. tuwang tuwa ako pag naabot ko yung ring

    ngayon ewan ko kung kaya pa.

    matangkad ka na pala eh.

    Shooting na dapat pag aralan mo.

    Yung japet aguilar na tiga ateneo na nasa amerikana ngayon. stand 6'8 or 6'7 pero hindi leaping ability ang skills nya. mataas din sya tumalon pero he is a deadly shooter. Hanep ang kamay nung batang yun.

    In college, we use garter as our jumping equipment. Set it up criss cross for 3-4 ft. adjust it as your leaping ability increases. You can use ankle weights/belt weights with it.

    Other method we use is tapping the base of the board 30 times with left hand, 30 times with right hand, and 20 times with both hands. That will improve your jumping consistency(reaction) and improve your calf and leg muscles.

    Using the edge of the stairs for tip toeing to flex your calves. 50 reps in 5 sets every other day as an added exercise.

    slightly OT, since na-cover na natin lahat ng exercise and techniques

    let's not neglect the proper agility and endurance drills, because without those you'll be a great high jumper but shitty basketball leaper.

    also while we're at it, i hope you're focusing more on shooting, ballhandling and even rebounding/positioning drills more so than leaping. that's what's going to get you the PT. awesome leaping ability is good for a few aaahs in the pregame layup line, but you want to make sure you get a chance to use it in the game ;)

    push a car on a backward position for ten minutes.

    same backward position, try to lift the car (kinda like pressing your leg muscle to its limits).

    tsaka nga pala., sumali din ako sa vollyball team nung h.s. ako., na walang ginawa kung hindi 2malong talon., tsaka natuto ako maglaro sa ere kaya mas masarap magdunk.,

    iyon yata ang training ng mga Volleyball player ,kung paano pataasin tumalon ,,kay adami din ako nakikita mga player ng volleyball .kung hindi lundagin ang ring ay mag dunk gamit ang bola ng volleyball,,
    sayang ang iba player kasi ay bading
