    i believe it's listed under "dormant" volcano... just like pinatubo was, before it woke up.

    The ash cloud seemed to have dispersed. And Taal had begun spewing magma... meaning all the ash has been cleared off it's throat, which is a good thing. No more threat of a big eruption since the magma hasn't built enough pressure.
