Same here but when new classifications/occurences are included, it adds to the confusion.
A simple single sentence saying "There are no occurences of tremor episodes, hybrid events, low frequency volcanic earthquakes and [add all the other occurences being monitored]" will suffice.
It will not make the bulletin any more kilometric and technical.
Just my 2cents worth in trying to decipher these Phivolcs bulletins for us laymen.

State of Taal real time is helpful, at least to us here who were very much affected by the ashfall.
Shows that the rumbling is still underneath and may just stay there.
But if some form of steam or smoke start appearing regularly and steadily, then there is time to prepare for the eventual eruption.
In our case, preparation means covering up the vehicles, outside AC compressors, tarps for lawns/plants, etc.
But of course, if this is a sudden eruption like what happened in 12 January 2020 when it went from AL1 to AL2 to AL3 to AL4 in a matter of hours, there is nothing we can do.
