And the progress that they've accomplished for the community during their brief term of good service? Their sons/daughters/wives/relatives that move in to fill the gap from the office they vacated, aren't as dedicated or gifted... they just ride on the name recall (since they have the same last name) and end up undoing all the gains previously accomplished.
