QC has no port/pier which is the main important. Manila is the center of trade and commerce because of pier.

Kaya ang manila madumi,maraming squatters because malapit sa pier. The locals from the province sasakay ng barko pa maynila at makikipagsapalaran sa manila to earn money at mabuhay. They will look place to stay. They have no enough money so they make barong barong on the side of the esteros, under the bridge or flyover sa mga side walk etc. Mas maraming dayo sa maynila kesa sa mga lehitimong taga maynila. The main problem of manila is over populated kaya di magawang malinis at maiayos.

Manila is raking in/contributing in millions because it has a default port. But if you remove the port in manila? Lets say transfer it to nearby province to solve the traffic woes? Will manila contribute anything more than just being a historical city?
Commerce part has already moved to makati.

Building new ports in other place cost millions of dollars or billions. Easy to say but budget will not easy to produce. Also the lower house and upper house need to make a law to change a new capital of the country. There is one important thing that majority of the Filipinos don't have...

Anyone can say it is easy to make a law. The question is how to implement it. Let's go with the reality that Filipinos is sick of ningas kugon. Let's wait for a decade nor century(if we still alive hehe) if Manila will be dissolve or be removed as the capital city.
