    It all boils down to the budget on how much you are willing to spend for landscaping. baka 1k/sqm lang budget nila dyan.

    and the floodings + leaks from the basement to the floors above can cause major accidents, slippages and electrical shocks to its guests and shoppers, jologs man siya o nakatira sa serendra..

    nag aapura para makakolekta agad ng renta..? bakit naman pinayagan ng Taguig local govt magbukas itong sm..
