Well, there's a familiar phrase being used in construction called "value-engineering". So I guess na value-engineer pati ang waterproofing and sealant.
Anyway, no one should be surprised if shortcuts were taken along the way by the contractors since they're pushing down their margins when they bid for the project to the point that they barely cut a profit. Yun nga lang....waterfalls!Last edited by Altis6453; May 28th, 2013 at 12:05 PM.

This was a photo I took several years back while having lunch with my family then it started to rain hard!! Everyone seated outside had to transfer inside the resto. I sent the photo to my friend to show how hard it was raining. I realised Greenbelt landscaping looks nice in photos talaga.

IIRC they're with AVID. The reported numbers in the TG article are from CAMPI.
