    I wonder if the upscale brands that decided to open at SM aura would last there for long. I went to an SSI store and I noticed that they were not wearing the usual uniform. If I had to buy something that was also available at at Ayala Center or Rustan's I would rather go there where it is less crowded.

    Yung landscaping, let it grow muna. Maliliit pa yung puno eh, kaya di pa maganda.

    Baka kasi may mga natutuwa sa SM aura kaya sa Miscellaneous na lang

    May officemate ako natutuwa na supermarket ng Aura. It's huge and they have a lot of items pero mahal pa rin! I would still rather go to Landmark. Nakakapagod din naman mag grocery sa ganun kalaki. Yung department store daw maganda pero hindi ko na pinasok.

    sm aura it self, don't really care. don't know yet if it would ruin our investment or asset since it's across the street.

    Bad trip mga bumili sa serandra, lalo na yun sa lower floors when they were pre selling 2-3 yrs ago, nag inquire kami diyan...and I already asked about the lot across Kung meron magtatayo ng building...they were adamant then that park ang itatayo and view will never be obstructed...actually the view was one of their main selling point...

    Now I'm hearing some so bought units are now complaining...

    I bought units with infinity view. Since sequoia is the last development of Serendra wala ng itatayo sa katabi niya. So crossing fingers . I believe my view is that of c5 going slex. Bought them to rent out para may additional income while my capital appreciates .
