    On the contrary, I believe that SM Aura's proximity plus the soon to be launched Meridien development by Ayala Premier nearby will actually boost the values of our units. Super amenities (much better than many other developments), Location, Trusted developer, growing economy, proximity to the really good retail establishments, recreational and educational centers, a world class hospital nearby, new office developments (i.e. Meridien is the First Ayala developed office building in the Fort and its sold out already) ---- can only be good for the investment. SM Aura can only add to the value of the units.

    Of course, if we get hit by a bubble then you can throw this all out the window hehe.

    Greenbelt is too far from less affluent communities but SM Aura is literally just a short walk away from the less privileged communities in Taguig. Its actually closer by a few meters than Market Market's entrances.

    But glad other folks are enjoying it. At least they are inclusive.
