Yup, they are just about 8Km away, but traffic is a huge issue along Dr.A.Santos Ave.

So I guess those that will patronize SM BF, would be those who are currently going to Shopwise and the restaurants in the Santana area..... Also, Robinson's and Tropical inside BF.....including Pergola....

Eyesore yung SM sa BF. McDonalds was already a landmark. It's so sad that it'll be replaced by another SM. Traffic will only get worse in the area.

It's a Puregold vs. Save More vs. Robinson's war here sa Marikina (with Rustan's and Parco as niche players). Parang sari-sari store na lang. They're everywhere, almost tabi-tabi pa. Yung Groce-E nga, na kaka-renovate lang, nabili na rin ng Puregold yata.
