apparently, the american embassy in moscow issued a public bulletin a week or so ago (directed at their citizens in russia ) that there were chatters and indications made by extremist groups that there will be an attack, possibly on a concert venue (among others) , in 48 hours after its issuance. that 2 day window elapsed with no incident so i guess the warning wasn't taken seriously by muscovites.

it's crazy that russian intelligence officials didn't get wind of the danger - or probably just ignored the serious threats altogether. kung sa bagay baka nga red flag operation talaga to drum up support for another round of conscriptions. maybe this time recruitment will be done in metropolitan areas since male warm bodies are slowly getting harder to find in the fringes of their federation .
