Thanks for the advise sir. My other one is a Samsung. Heard bad reviews about it, but so far mine is ok naman for the past 3-4 years. Now will limit choices to Daikin & Panasonic.

Will take note of the drain size & yup the drain would have no bends & be around 2m straight to the drain pipe. For the condenser, plan to install it in the roof (butas sa ceiling & diretso sa roof) just like with my other split type in the kids room. So that would be a lot shorter that placing it in the exterior wall. Sorry for hijacking this washing machine thread hehe.
