If budget is not an issue, i would suggest to try panasonic inverter washing machine. So far ok naman ito ang gamit ko for 3 years already. Wala pa naman sira

I was able to check some automatic washing machine models to replace the old LG we have. The old one successfully survived more than three power surges. But it was able to withstand my DIY curiosity hahaha
Basic function wifey wants is auto load detection (for overloading) and maybe auto restart.
Eying an 8kg capacity (currently have 6 kg) within Php15K budget.
The finalist are:
Electrolux 8.5kg (both with auto load or overflow and auto restart)
Php14,500 (0% int) or Php13K (cash or straight)
LG 8.0 kg (auto load detection and auto re-start)
Php16K+++ (0% int) or Php12,300 (cash or straight) --->>> laki discount nito
I am quite torn between the two because Electrolux has a higher capacity for the same price but I have a very good experience with LG and the discount is ridiculous.
If Elctrolux overflow detection isn't the same as overload detection, I will go for LG.
LG...more than 7 years na and still in good working condition kahit wala change oil...hehe!

Ibig sabihin lagi nasisira? hehehe
Yung LG namin nasisira din pero most of the time dahil sa power surge after a brownout.
So dapat normal yan sa 5 years.
Problema sa digital at inverter after 5 years phase-out yung electronics parts.
So finally I bought one na. LG uli tulad ng luma namin. 9.0kg nman na may sensor pag overloaded.
Tama pag sira clutch, pakaliwa lang ikot.
8 years din yung lumang LG namin. Drain motor lang napalitan dun. Yung panel, board ilang beses inayos dahil sa power surges sa area namin. Yung motor ayos pa.
Yung clutch ako nakasira hehehehe. Pero balak ko ipaayos para 2 washing machine. Shorter time to finish the labada.

Reviving this thread for 2018. Been over 3 years since the last post and technology has improved. Can anyone suggest a good washer for a family of 3?
