    [SIZE=2]Anyway I assume you’re at least 18 years old so to begin with you might want to stop smoking, and I agree with other tsikoteers about going to the gym to add pounds. Just look for a reputable gym and get a weight-gain program from an experienced instructor (but check with your doctor first if you have no health problems). The right workout program (done at least 3x a week) coupled with the right diet and good supplements (i.e. Whey Protein) normally does the trick. And eating too much rice is not a good idea (3 cups minimum??), it will eventually help you gain weight but as a consequence you’ll also end up with a big tummy. Ang hirap no? He he. Matinding disiplina talaga ang kailangan dito pre, ika nga e “No pain, no gain”.[/SIZE]

    you may be a young male wishing to have more muscles. It is important that you have to see a doctor internist. You will be worked up for diabetes remember skinny ang young people may have type 1 diabetes..weight loss despite eating a lot, frequent urination, always thirsty.One more thing have your thyroid hormone checked you might be hyperthyroid. We have a way to check the proper weight for height and that is the BMI or body mass index. Go see ur doctor first and dont buy any of those herbal products. If you are not diabetic nor hyperthyroid then a nutrition expert must be consulted together with a fitness expert for proper way to build muscles.

    Nung kolehiyo ako 105lbs ako, 5 7" height. Payatot ang tawag sakin o kaya walis tingting. 1 cup rice lang ako noon busog na. Tapos niyaya ko ng barkada ko mag gym. Lumakas ako kumain tapos ng mega mass drink pa. In six mos naging 140lbs nako.
    Hanggang ngayon 140 parin kaso napunta na sa tiyan Kahit anong kain ko di talaga ako lumolobo, nasa katawan ata talaga yan kasi yung ibang kasabayan ko mag gym nung huminto tumaba.

    Bata ka pa pre... enjoy mo lang yan! Ako ganyan din dati. Pero ngayon, nakakapanibago, parang kelangan ko na bantayan kinakain ko (na dati hindi ko naman ginagawa). Iba na reaction ng habits ko sa katawan ko.

    dahan-dahan sa carbs (ease up on the rice and sweets) and do lots of cardio.

    nga pala, para hindi OT

    ok pa yan ngayon. kung metabolism lang ang primary cause, in a couple of years, you might be saying the opposite naman.

    you'll know the time when oxygen is burning all na mga nakadikit na taba sa mga organs ... you can only speak in short sentences, minsan hindi na talaga makakasalita

    honestly, i think inorder to melt your belly a combination of proper nutrition and a good cardio workout should be considered. proper nutrition like an intake of good fiber - replace white for brown like white rice for brown rice, white bread for whole wheat bread, much better if organic rice, cereals, beans etc. ... sometimes it just replacing what you eat now with 'quality' food... replace your cooking oil with olive oil, replace milk with organic soya milk, replace chips ahoy cookies with oatmeal cookies etc...when doing a cardio program, try to maximise and monitor it with your heart rate. there's a heart rate you need to maintain for fat burn or cardio. when running, if your hear rate goes down you need to step it up otherwise youre cheating. if you have money consider going to the gym with a trainer esp. if you are new, just until the time you know how to properly use an equipment, gain knowledge on form, nutrition, and most esp your body. trainers are very helpful and they have immense knowledge.

    Kakainggit ka naman..ako halos 36 na waistline ko at pag ganitong age at weight, mataas na ang risk for developing heart disease (sarap kasi kumain)..

    Baka nasa genes ng family mo na tataba lang kayo at a certain age in your life. Ganon sa akin. My father began to add up weight at age 30. Ganon din nangyari sa akin though gradual nga lang..

    maganda kung medyo mataba ka but try to do it not at the expense of compromising your health...

    Cranberry juice can add a lot of calories to your daily diet..
    mag asawa ka na rin (as what they have suggested-it works!)
    try not to be fidgety (magalaw)..

    some people are just like that!!! either thin or fat.

    nasa lahi lang yun.
    siguro, punta ka sa doctor for a check-up (blood test,etc). baka kasi may prob with the hormones and if wala..hanap ka dietician so he can recommend some foods!

    check mo din po lifestyle mo...baka lagi kang pagod.

    para lumiit tyan, eat only one cup of rice per meal. pag-sobra dun ma-feel mo na lumobo after a meal. and kapag nagtatrabaho or nag-exercise na strenous, try to concentrate all inhaling/exhaling dun sa may ulcer area

    after a meal try to burp first or wait 10-15 minutes for dessert. drink only soda light and half-a-can only for every meal. pag sumobra talaga dun may effect na sa tyan

    Hello to the community..!!!!.. baguhan lang po di ko pa mahanap ang mga right bottons dito.

    well kung weight mo ay around 120lbs at height na around 5'5" eh ok na. magsisisi ka kung bakit nagpataba ka pa pag dating mo ng 40's. hirap kumilos ang 170 and above compared to less than 140 sa height na yun. super hirap magpatapayat man..
