Sa US nakaka depress mga mall pero outlet minsan pila pa nga sa sobrang crowded. I can't imagine malls dying in PH the same as US kasi wala naman masyadong magawa dito

i dunno

is PH always 10 years behind the US (which means we're heading there)

or can PH diverge from the path and not follow US mall apocalypse

I have not used my smart casual (office) attires, including shoes since middle of March...

at malaki at hiwalay ang mga bahai doon.

All SM malls zero rent na since nag open ulit malls. Tenants will only pay SM the 5% from gross sales. Even CUSA is 50% off.

Medy nagiging lax na mga SM mall sa mga tenants nila.
Minamanduhan nila yung mga shoppers sa face mask at social distancing, pero yung karamihan sa tenants nila hindi nag susuot ng face mask at walang social distancing.
Uminit ulo ko kangina, hindi naka face mask yung nag asikaso sa akin sa isang cell shop tapos dumating payung mga ka tsismisan nila kumpol kumpol na sila.
