This is a good explanation. I didn't know that JP Morgan is 1st avenue. I buy Tapa King there hahaha! Kaya alam ko lang 32nd st and 5th ave because of the corner building with that name and Rizal dr, well because it's not a number so I work from there to know a street name pero mas madali nga knowing JP morgan is 1st avenue and Serendra is 11th Ave. Yung large road where the Fort and Mendokoro is I always get confused kung 28th or 26th ba haha

I also use Buendia and Reposo Mom ko tawag sa Roxas - Dewey Blvd LOL



Wow, horses in Makati? Growing up kasi in the 80s concrete jungle na Makati, but when my parents family moved to Makati in the 60s, inabutan pa ata nila some areas swamp land I think 60s nag start i develop Makati kasi that's when people started moving in I guess hahaha



That's why I stopped parking na at the basement connected to Landmark when I experienced waiting over 1 hr for parking (on a Sunday) Sinumpa ko na yan so I just park at Greenbelt 3 where it's always maluwag and walk from there.

5th avenue and 32nd street are major thoroughfares being entry points from Makati/C5/Buendia. So iwasan mo yan during rush hours.

26th is where Mendokoro is and EQs condo unit at TGP Ayala Prime is located, next to the Jordan flagship store.
