i agree bro more public places. reminds me of tagaytay now. mukhang kaliwa at kanan ang tayo ng high rise.

let us blame LGU city planning.

alas,
parks and wide open spaces do not pay significant-enough tax revenue.

sa neighborhood na lang namin,
may tinatayong hi-rise buildings sa residential area, when it is very obvious that the current streets there can not adequately support increased traffic.
