Mas di tinatao Magnolia on weekdays so they can watch free movies more conveniently. Isa pa yang mall na yan pretty stale. They used to have an Argentinian resto called Gaucho. Nawala na din. It was the only restaurant na kakaiba sa Magnolia.

Magnolia is our family's favorite mall. It's near our place, & parking is relatively easy. We go there every friday dinner. Hindi siya matao unlike SM Malls. Some restaurants have already closed, but they're still expanding the mall.

Rockwell is also a Senior Citizen favorite mall.

iyong robinson's place las pinas mukhang nawala na din ang opening momentum nila. madami na din nagsara na stores and restos. pati iyong store ng adidas tigok na....iyon ang nakakapanghinayang

Tsaka pag umuulan, sa BGC sarap sana sa High street kaya lang pag mainit or maulan you will prefer to go to indoor malls instead, Aura or Uptown. Tsaka pag meron ka rin bibilhin mas convenient pa rin sa Aura or Uptown.
Sa dami ng mga malls, kaya hirap na mga tenants nila. Parepareho lang naman bakit ka pa lalayo. If your near bgc, di ka na dadayo sa Estancia or Megamall, Traffic ang isa sa reason kaya ayaw na rin namin lumayo.

I do not like highstreet pag tanghali. Ang init at nagkakalayo mga same type of shops. So kung naghahanap ka ng particular something malayo lalakarin mo.

I think sa lahat ng QC malls. Pero say sa Trinoma na tiering ang singil libre lang yung first 4 hours. Pero on malls na fixed rate oo libre na sila...

Maganda pa naman sana yang mall dahil konti tao kahit weekend (and even Christmas) at libre ang parking. Ok din ang sinehan.

Too bad being less crowded, while enjoyable for the mall goers, is bad for business.

Iba pa rin talaga ang hatak ng Southmall. Even Star... er Vista Mall with all its renovations eh cheap pa rin ang image.

oo nga eh.

yung Tien Ma's at yung isang pizza parlor (new york style pizza, but not S & R, I forgot the name) may nakalagay na "opening soon" (besides XO46) dun sa Estancia.

I wonder, darami na kaya ang patrons ng Estancia if Unimart will open? or if the extension opens as well?

edit ko lang.. it's not Tien Ma's (naisip ko lang sya while browsing sa IG feed ko), but it's Shi Lin.

yung pizza parlor, it's New York Motorino Slice. No definite date when they will be opening.

Boring kasi ang estancia. Walang playground for kids like kidzoona, and walang sinehan din.

hindi pa tapos yung Estancia extension, kaya wala pa yung sinehan and others, dun kasi ilalagay ang sinehan. may Quantum naman, pero it's too small.

One Weekday nasa All Home sa Sta Rosa kami, sobra laki ng mall, kami lang ang tao.

kapag pupunta kami ng MOA, usually yung family ko ang kasama para at least after shopping ay ihahatid ko yung parents ko and pamangkin sa Bus terminal sa Buendia.

nagiging mainit yung 3rd floor ng SM Dept store kapag marami ang tao doon dahil hindi centralized ang aircon sa 3rd floor; puro ceiling-mounted split type ang mga aircon doon, and dati kasi syang parking area converted into a shopping floor.

Project Pie just closed its branch in SM Southmall. When we went to their branch in Alabang/Filinvest, the staff said that their branch was the only remaining one. I hope they don't close that as well.
