I remember the PF Chang in ATC.

Wifey and I dined in when it was newly opened and there were staff from their CA restaurant who trained them for a few weeks.

We were secretly smiling when the local staff was showing us how to mix the "secret sauce".... We politely told her that we're quite familiar with it...

so yung alam mo lang ang tama?

Are you sure about Balikbayans? I have balikbayan relatives and friends who visit yearly and none of them go to MOA . MOA is in Pasay and it's a major pain to go to Pasay. What's there to see in MOA? Most new and nice restaurants and shopping areas are in Makati, BGC, Greenhills and Tagaytay.

Manila seedling belongs to QC local government. Vertis is on NHA land.

Denny's belongs to Bistro group of italiiannis. PF Chang and IHOP belong to Global Restaurants of CPK. Belongs to one family but are rivals between father and son.

Tsaka pag umuulan, sa BGC sarap sana sa High street kaya lang pag mainit or maulan you will prefer to go to indoor malls instead, Aura or Uptown.

Exactly! Tenants are all the same across major malls so no reason to go very far. And with the current traffic who wants stress....

Daming restos sa iba't ibang floors nagsara. The old department store there yung Wellworth isang taon lang sarado agad pinalitan na ng Metro. I doubt Metro is doing well too. Aeopostale sarado na din.

Mali lang ata target market. Puro studyante e wala naman per yan gagawin ka lang tambayan. Malakas syempre mga Starbucks at mga mas mura na food and fast foods.
UP Town is really a weekend mall. Mahina pag weekday talaga and i agree na nawala sa human traffic flow yung restos sa front (mainit, maingay and it's just out of the way). In essence, the mall itself has a terrible layout which allows a lot of areas to be void of walking traffic.

Project Pie just closed its branch in SM Southmall. When we went to their branch in Alabang/Filinvest, the staff said that their branch was the only remaining one. I hope they don't close that as well.

Mga SM malls hindi friendly for senior citizens. Walang seating areas. Gusto nila Henry Sy lakad ng lakad mga patrons para mapagod at kumain, or para makita mga stores.

I never go to MOA unless necessary. Sobrang init even in the airconditioned part of the mall.
