How can one differentiate si driver/yaya and si unit owner na mukhang driver/yaya

As long as may service elevator na gamit mga maids i see no problem regarding this issue.

Bangko Sentral have this setup, they have dedicated wash room for executives..

The Condo management maybe should just released reminders thru memo to tenants/owners to inform their maids/yaya/drivers regarding the policy or call for a meeting or conduct seminars to maids/yaya/drivers on rules and regulations of the condo instead of pinning that policy in the regular elevators that will surely attract attention not only of the maids/yaya/drivers but also of guest/visitors/owners and tenants which in turn becomes an eyesore or can lead misunderstanding of the policy.

as for our family we treat them as "helpers" or "katulong" and not "utusan" or "slave" meaning of helper that you also do some of the job in the house. for example, if i clean my car, i ask for them to assist me or when i cook dinner, they help me cut the ingredients and i do the cooking. also if we bring them out, we don't require them to wear uniforms showing they are "maids" instead we let them wear casual attire.

Kung unit owner ka and you are against it? Move out.

Discriminatory or not? Policies are policies and it is meant to be followed.

    Nonsense.

What's the big fuzz? The maids, drivers, service personnel don't seem to complain. Why should we?

It's a private building so their management can do as they wish.

However, if I was the one calling the shots, I wouldn't segregate.

Ngayon ko lang nalaman na having a condo elevator free of maids is now a sign that you've made it. 😅

^^ agree din, but the maids and drivers need to be told that there is a decorum they need to follow. one, they need to fall in line. two, behave appropriately, just like they will behave when in front of their employers and guests. pag may kasama silang owner sa elevator then they should at least keep their voices down. as in everything discipline comes first.
