Depends on the priority of the area.

Example, Camp Crame area suffers very little power outage because they are a high priority customer.

Ironically, Camp Aguinaldo is almost pitch black at night. I attended a wake in the area and my friends and I were wondering why it was so dark. Not sure if it has to do with tactics?

YEP!!! it is good to have that one, i am planning to upgrade mine i have 640Va mini genset good for 3 electric fans and 3 14watts bulb - one full tank last between 4t06 hours. planning to upgrade to a more modern (less ingay) and higher capacity portable genset with at least 2kVa rating para kaya 3/4HP na AC and Ref and 2 electric fans and 2 14w lights.

Canvassed it and i think it cost around 60k.

Northgate Alabang - hassle series of fluctuations and caused our elevators to trapped all passengers.

CBD? Makati? - heard from one of my colleague that the situation is bad there, power fluctuations plus black out on some circuits.

Good thing that the situation is now normal and the power supply is adequate, otherwise i will be staying in the office for a long time.

Given the power supply is limited, during such situations there should be emergency conservation measures such as not running billboard lighting and ad LED boards. Its absurd knowing theres a shortage then you see all the EDSA billboards lighted up to the brim.
