So I guess they just placed a "wall" so the studio can be a 1 br. Last is a 2 br unit. Guess what? It's still 28.5sqm. All the units are 28.5sqm. It's up to you if you want it as a studio, 1 or 2 bedrooms but they're still 28.5sqm. So that 40sqm that you feel should be a studio because it's sumisikip, well, SMDC units will shock you.

Yup. Lokohan talaga. Pero doing it that way, they made me recall their name so mahusay ang strategy. Nakwento ko tuloy to others so nagkaroon ng free advert sila.

    yes, it's small.
    obviously, a budget design.
is there enough walk space around the bed?
i gather, walang pogo ang nakatira diyan...?
    heh heh.

    we were fortunate.
    some years ago,
condo units in our area were bigger.

    Tenement in FTI, Taguig.

Mass housing back in the 60s-70s. 700 studio units in a 14-storey complex.

For comparison, cage housing in Hong Kong:

Approximately 13k rent per month for a space like that.

My wife and I used to live in a condo in Legaspi Village years ago. The studio unit only had 31sqm of space. Oks naman kami doon. Our living room area is also our dining area.

Cage housing is illegal they're just being tolerated by their govt since they can't provide mass housing for everybody.

Mga meron menial jobs just to get by.

Ang alam ko at least 10 years ka nakapila eh Kaya no choice sila but to live in cage housing.

SG is far better for mass housing.
