    making it into a 1-bedroom... the walls eat up too much perceived surface area... sumisikip.
    i won't be happy being quarantined in it.

    don't limit your posts to the so-called cheaper units.
    mag-post ka naman ng medyo mas mahal at malaking units.

    kamusta flow hangin sa pacific plaza? Butas ba gitna / school type or hotel type? Only 2 units kada floor pero nagkahawaan pa covid.

    Bakit inaway yung driver ni senador gordon na yun daw source ng infection. Ano yan hindi tumalab yugn supplements, UV lamps, Air Cleaning machine.

    Mga nakatira jan mahihinang nilalang!!!!

    Doc,

    Check out Hope Residences in Cavite. We were in the mall one time there buying something and needed to kill time so we thought, let's see how SMDC units look like. Lo and behold they showed us their bare studio. 28.5sqm. My initial thought was that's just the size of 2 parking slots. Next was the 1 br. Also 28.5sqm. So I guess they just placed a "wall" so the studio can be a 1 br. Last is a 2 br unit. Guess what? It's still 28.5sqm. All the units are 28.5sqm. It's up to you if you want it as a studio, 1 or 2 bedrooms but they're still 28.5sqm. So that 40sqm that you feel should be a studio because it's sumisikip, well, SMDC units will shock you.
