    Parang caste system ano. But at least no military service for non-PR/citizens. A family friend who was doing really well there had to go back home here for just that reason.

    Yup and ang mahal din ng rent... a friend of mine complain because they rent apartment with 3 bedrooms... 1br is 20k petot... room pa lang wala pa yung hatian sa elec and tubig nila... pwede maka mura pero dapat madami kayo sa isang room... hehehe....

    If you're not earning 2.5x what you'd earn here in the PH in SG, lugi ka, unless you really scrimp on rental (which is the largest expense bucket).

    Amazing housing indeed. My sisters unit is excellent. 3br and 2t&b. Laundry area is good. Living room is expansive. Its near the train station and Food everywhere hahahha.

    Dues monthly dues. Umaabot pa sa kortehan ito dahil sa pakikialam ng developer.
