    I employ that meeting style,- to keep the meeting at 10minutes max.

    Or, I bring a timer (cellphone) and set it at 5minutes for get-updated meetings.

    Pero, ang boss ko sa Corporate, tinatali kami sa meeting for hours, even during the weekends... Grabe!

    I don't want to waste the time of my staff in meetings, as I believe that they should be a lot more productive in strutting their stuffs.

    Basta lang I can monitor how they are progressing...

    And they don't have a mind of their own,- meaning,- stick with the agreed gameplan of the team.

    If they don't know how to proceed,- they should ask questions or I can always call a 30-sec timeout, so that we can all be in sync.

    Any deviation, let me know in advance and if it makes sense to the team, then I will support.

    Iyan ang aming rules of engagement.

    Pero, mayroon pa ring mga bano....
