Question: Is there such a thing a someone who is a "bit" of a racist?

Isn't it either you are or not?

Just a question so I hope you don't mind but how many degrees of racism is allowed before it becomes intolerable? For example, if a "bit" of racism is okay how is a "bit" defined?
